Dr. Mann told an interesting story involving parachutes. Dale Cruson gave a report on progress of the Hatz project. Announcement: The December meeting will be a potluck at Roger Smith's Hanger, 2 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2003. The Wright Experience at Kitty Hawk featuring the Wright Flyer replica will be aired on c-span December 17th.

Jerry Waggoner gave a presentation on cold weather preparation and flying. He gave details on over 33 items that should be considered and actions to be taken.
